University of Helsinki chooses Greip Complete IP management solution

University of Helsinki and Greip have signed an agreement to take Greip into use to support the University legal team. The Greip Complete IP management platform has been in piloting phase since the beginning of 2019 and will be in full use in April 2019.

The first area where Greip Complete will be used is contract management in legal support. The Greip Contract Lifecycle (CLM) Module, upgraded with special optimizations created for research institute use helps the University legal team to better serve the researchers who need guidance in drafting sometimes very complex agreements related to funding, intellectual property rights and joint research projects.

The CLM module allows the legal team to easily choose right contract templates based on information that the system asks from the research team, draft the contracts and manage the contracting process from beginning to end. Greip Complete is connected to University single sign-on and document archives to fully support the workflow of the legal team.
