Annuity payments automatically from Greip® – automation through integration

Greip IP Solutions has taken a major step in the ecosystem thinking of comprehensive IP management for companies by enabling annuity payments directly and automatically from Greip® to a chosen annuity operator. Our first partner in integrating and enabling this is IPAN and it is implemented and in use at our mutual customer Cargotec.
Companies use different types of tools, systems and services for a range of purposes while managing the lifecycle of their IP’s, i.e. different IP agencies, validation partners, search tools, annuity operators, etc. At the core of things sits the “engine” that makes it all possible: the IP management solution, i.e.: Greip®.
The ecosystem philosophy of Greip, is to enable the most efficient and comprehensive IP management solution environment for any company, regardless of the set of tools, systems or partners they use. Greip enables this by concentrating on the essential core of IP management and remaining neutral and agnostic towards any other tools and solutions used by the customer. This is done by offering an interface (API) for integration.
The integration possibility enables all IP related actions and tasks to be operated from one place, without having to step from one tool to another during the process. This saves time and money and nerves!
It’s also in the customers’ best interest to be able to select the best tools for their specific needs and be able to change those tools and partners from time to time, if it serves the purpose. You do not want to be stuck in a “vendor lock” and settle for “ok/good” instead of “best possible”. That’s why Greip focuses on what it is best at and let’s others do what they are best at.
